Refund Policy

Report Pack Refunds

All report pack purchases are final. If you believe a refund is warranted, contact support@uselandwise.com — requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Pro Subscription

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time via the Manage Subscription button on your profile page. Access continues through the end of your paid billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if you attempted to cancel but were unable to do so due to a technical issue on our end.

Technical Failures

If the Service fails to deliver a report due to a technical error on our end, we will either re-run the report at no additional cost or issue a refund. Contact support@uselandwise.com with your parcel details so we can investigate.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@uselandwise.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • A description of the issue
  • Approximate date of purchase

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. Filing a chargeback may result in account restrictions while the dispute is under review.
